Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We started in 2004.
Q. Are you a bona-fide company?
A. We are fully registered with the French authorities to provide furnished holiday rentals, yet we are just a small husband and wife business and we strive to keep the personal touch.
Q. Where are all your properties in relation to each other?

Q. Can we get hold of you at any time?

Q. Do you have comfortable beds?
A. Yes! Our guests think so! We only use top quality mattresses, linen and towels.
Q. Are your kitchens fully equipped?
A. Yes, we hope that we have thought of everything, and all appliances are modern and of good quality.
Q. Are your houses heated?
A. Yes, and this is free of charge, (within reason!)
Q. How green are you?
A. We cannot claim to be 100% eco/green, but we do make efforts where possible. We try to source all our materials and furnishings locally, and try to ensure that they are natural products. All of our houses use logs grown at Kistinic, thus carbon neutral and renewable.
Q. Which is the right house for me?
A. A commonly asked question that is difficult to answer! It really depends what type of person you are, and what you are looking for in your holiday. Tranquility, beauty and boating? Ty Bois. Grand parc, pool, city? Kistinic. Atlantic, manor house, comfort? Ty Traez. Waves, beaches, cosy cottage? Lostmarch.

Q. How close is the house to the sea?
A. About 300m.
Q. Are the photos of the beaches on the website
close to the house?
A. Yes. St Tugen is less than 3km away, Baie des Trepasses 8km, and Plage de Theolen 8km. There is also a nice sandy beach at Primelin itself, less than 1km away.
Q. Are the beaches safe for children?
A. On calm days, yes, although care should always be taken. If there are waves you may prefer St.Evette beach at Audierne (5km) which is very safe.
Q. Is there a fireplace at the house and can we use it?
A. Yes, and there are ample dry logs free of charge.
Q. Are there bicycles at the house?
A. Yes, two good ones, free to use.
Q. Is there any charge for using the kayak?
A. No.
Q. How far is the nearest restuarant?
A. There are 2 at Primelin, about 1km away, and a much greater choice at Audierne (5km)
Q. Are there any shops nearby?
A. Yes, there is a good size supermarket in Primelin, less than 1km away. Many more, and a market, at Audierne.
Q. Is there a barbeque and outdoor seating?
A. Yes.
Q. Is there wifi internet access?*
A. Yes*.

Q. How far is the gatehouse from Quimper?
A. Just 3km from the centre, you can cycle easily.
Q. Are there any shops nearby?
A. There are several convenient shops just 2km away at the entrance to Quimper, including bakers, fishmongers, chemist, mini-supermarket, etc.
Q. Are any open on Sunday?
A. Yes, in the morning.
Q. How far is the pool from the gatehouse?
A. A short walk down the garden, about 300m.
Q. Is the pool heated?
A. Yes.
Q. Do we have full access to the park?
A. Yes, you are free to roam wherever, whenever!
Q. Are there any bicycles available?
A. Yes, two, free of charge. There is also a large collection of child equipment, like child seats, 3 wheel buggy, trailer, etc.
Q. Is there a barbeque and outdoor seating?
A. Yes.
Q. Is there wifi internet access?*
A. No - we have tried to install this without much success. Guests are welcome to use the wifi at the chateau.

Q. Is there any charge for using the motor boat and kayak?
A. Not for the kayak, but there is a charge of £100 for the boat and a separate deposit is required.
Q. Are there any shops nearby?
A. The closest is in Rosnoen, about 3km away. This is a small village store. There is a large supermarket at Le Faou, 7km away.
Q. And restaurants?
A. There is a good restaurant just 2km from the chalet on the water's edge - you can even go there by boat. There are several more within 5km and a good selection at Le Faou and Crozon/Morgat.
Q. Is there a log fire at the chalet?
A. Yes, with ample, free, dry logs.
Q. Are there bicycles at the chalet?
A. No, as there is quite a steep hill to climb out of the valley, but there is a tennis court!
Q. Is there a barbeque and outdoor seating?
A. Yes.

Q. How far is the house from the sea?
A. About 300m. It is the closest to the sea in the village.
Q. How far are shops and restaurants?
A. Morgat, a large seaside town is only 3km away, and Crozon 5km, where you will find a large choice of shops and restaurants. Some may be open on Sundays, depending on season.
Q. Is there a barbeque and outdoor seating?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you provide bicycles?
A. Yes, two.
Q. Is there wifi internet access?*
A. No - we have had many problems trying to get reliable access installed.
